Q1. What is the allowed team size?

Teams must have 1 to 5 experienced women working professionals in tech. Solo participation is permitted.

Q2. Who can participate in the hackathon?

This hackathon is exclusively for experienced women professionals working in technology roles across any industry with minimum 1+ years of experience/2025 batch graduates.

Q3. Is there a participation or registration fee?

No. The hackathon is free for all participants. There are no hidden charges at any stage.

Q4. What is the structure of the hackathon?

The hackathon is structured in two phases:

  • Phase 1: Virtual Hackathon – Submit ideas and prototypes online (includes mentorship access)
  • Phase 2: Offline Build & Pitch Day (11th October 2025) – Top 15 teams will be invited to HERE India Office, Mumbai, to build and present their solutions
Q5. Where will the offline Build & Pitch Day be held?

The final round will be conducted at the HERE Technologies office in Mumbai. The exact location will be shared with shortlisted teams via email.

Q6. Will HERE cover travel and accommodation costs for the finale?

Our policy is travel/accommodation reimbursement only: ₹10,000 per team, capped at ₹5,000 per person, against valid receipts.

Q8. When will I receive my rewards?

Rewards will be processed within a minimum of 45 days after the hackathon.

Please note: Applicable government taxes will be deducted at source (TDS).
