What is Hackathon?

Hackathon is an event where people come together to solve problems. It means you brings ideas into play, in a collaborative, creative and concentrated way. Hackathon is great because you push yourself further - and often time you meet friends on the way.

Who can attend?

We open application to everyone with driven mind. However, due to legal issue, we can’t host students under 18 overnight.

Do I need to know how to code?

You’ll find skills like thinking, coding, designing, and problem-solving are helpful in the Hackathon, but don’t forget this is also a perfect time/place to learn.

What if I don't have a team or idea?

We got you. We’ll provide team formation sessions and brainstorming for ideas, so that you could form a team up to 4 people. It’s encourage to pair up with people who have different skill. According to our experience, diversity background generates creative projects!

What does it cost?

Our event is free for all admitted hackers. We provide meals, coffee, swag, WiFi and electricity, etc. Unfortunately, we don't have the resources to provide travel reimbursements this year.

Who will shortlist the teams?

The process of shortlisting will be carried out by an esteemed panel of industry professionals who'll also be mentoring the teams in this competition.
