  • Check if a solution already exists
  • Set up: Next.js/Vite + API + database
  • Let AI generate the boilerplate (5 minutes with Claude/Cursor)

    • Saturday Afternoon: Core Feature (4 hours)

  • Build the ONE thing that makes your project unique
  • Don’t build auth, settings, or admin panels yet
  • Hardcode everything that isn’t the core feature
  • Use AI to generate UI components

    • Saturday Evening: Make It Look Good (2 hours)

  • Pick a component library (shadcn/ui, Tailwind)
  • Let AI style your pages
  • Add one animation or micro-interaction

    • Sunday Morning: Polish + Deploy (3 hours)

  • Deploy to Vercel/Railway (free, 5 minutes)
  • Add error handling
  • Write a README with screenshots
  • Record a 2-minute demo video

    • Sunday Afternoon: Share (1 hour)

  • Post on Twitter/LinkedIn with demo video
  • Submit to Product Hunt or communities
  • Share in relevant Discord/Slack groups
